Raffle Terms and Conditions
Must be 21 or older to participate. Winner could receive a 2009 Toyota Prius, Model #1224A, Package #2. Winner name will be drawn at the State Bar
Convention Luncheon between noon and 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 26, 2009, at the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa. Winner will be drawn by an independent Certified Public Accounting firm. Winner will be notified by phone, e-mail or mail if not present. Winner is responsible for all licensing, registration,
luxury, income or special taxes, shipping and all other fees. Please retain your ticket stub. In the event of any dispute or controversy concerning the winner
at the drawing, you will be required to provide proof of your ticket stub. Void where prohibited by law. It is understood and agreed, by a person purchasing this ticket, that Arizona laws apply to all aspects of this matter.
* The grand prize of a 2009 Toyota Prius is conditioned upon selling 1,250 tickets. In the event fewer than 1,250 tickets are sold, the winner will receive a cash prize equal to 50% of ticket
sales, less expenses.
