Randy J. Aoyama has become a Shareholder at

Andrew Pacheco was named the Financial
Remedies Section Chief in the Office of the
Arizona Attorney General. His new position,
which includes supervising criminal forfeiture
matters for the office, began January 3.

General for the State of Arizona by Attorney
General Tom Horne.
Prior to his professorship, he served as a
Maricopa County Superior Court Judge for
almost 20 years. Before his appointment to the
bench, he served as Clerk of the Arizona
Supreme Court, Assistant Arizona Attorney
General, and Deputy County Attorney for Pima
and Maricopa counties.
Chelsea Sage Durkin has joined the Phoenix
law firm Osborn Maledon PA as an associate.
