Managing Shareholder of the Phoenix Office of
Littler Mendelson has been elected to the Board
of Directors of Littler Mendelson, P.C.
Robert S. Reder has joined the Phoenix office of
Stinson Morrison Hecker LLP as an associate
and will focus his practice on commercial litigation
and labor and employment law. Previously, he was
an associate at Bryan Cave LLP in Phoenix.
In 2007, the Volunteer Lawyers Program
named him Adoption Attorney of the Year, and
Attorney of the Month in December 2009. In
2009 he also was named one of the Top 50 Pro
Bono Attorneys in Arizona by the Arizona
Foundation for Legal Services & Education.
We are pleased to welcome David L. Rose, a Certified Family Law Specialist*,
who joins Adrian L. Barton and Daniel B. Mestaz as our newest shareholders.
We are also pleased to announce that Bryan J. Gottfredson has joined Sacks

Farhang & Medcoff PLLC has hired two new
associates. Robert Garcia has joined the firm’s
Tucson office. He earned his law degree from
Boston College Law School and will focus his
practice in litigation. Duncan Stoutner joined
the Phoenix office, and his practice includes
defense of health care companies and other
businesses involving business litigation disputes
and employment law matters, as well as the
defense of business torts and state and federal
criminal actions; he received his law degree
from the University of Iowa College of Law.
