By judgment and order dated Mar. 26, 2013,
and a notice of errata filed on April 3, 2013, the
presiding disciplinary judge accepted an agreement for discipline by consent by which Michael
W. Baldwin, Tucson, was suspended for 30
days effective April 1, 2013. Mr. Baldwin also
was placed on probation for two years during
which time he must participate in the State Bar’s
Member Assistance Program and Law Office
Management Assistance Program. During his
probation, Mr. Baldwin must attend the State
Bar’s Trust Account Ethics Enhancement
Program. Mr. Baldwin also was ordered to pay
the State Bar’s costs and expenses of $1,558.60.
Mr. Baldwin overdrew his trust account,
failed to respond to the State Bar’s requests for
information, and failed to comply with a State
Bar subpoena resulting in the presiding disciplinary judge issuing a show-cause order and holding a show-cause hearing. From 2010 to 2012,
Mr. Baldwin failed to maintain client ledgers,
general ledgers, an administrative funds ledgers,
or three-way reconciliations. Mr. Baldwin also
negligently converted client funds.

offenses, bad-faith obstruction of the disciplinary proceeding by intentionally failing to comply with rules or orders of the disciplinary
agency, and substantial experience in the practice

43(b)( 1)(A), and Rule 54(d)( 2), ARIZ.R.S.CT.
