By judgment and order dated April 12, 2013, the
presiding disciplinary judge accepted a consent
to disbarment effective May 1, 2013, filed by
Thomas Tilton, Tucson. Mr. Tilton was assessed
$1,200 in costs and expenses of the disciplinary
Mr. Tilton chose not to defend the State Bar’s
formal complaint, which alleged that Mr. Tilton
converted client funds from his trust account
over several years.

By order filed Mar. 28, 2013, the presiding disciplinary judge disbarred John Vigileos, Tempe,
Mr. Vigileos was charged with six felony
counts, including sexual misconduct with a
minor and molestation. The pending criminal
charges form the basis for the disbarment. Mr.
Vigileos’ disbarment became effective on Mar.
28, 2013. He was ordered to pay $1,212.65
to the State Bar for the costs and expenses associated with the disciplinary proceedings.
