announced the formation of their new business law firm Wells & Gerstman PLLC,

The attorneys will continue to counsel their
medium and small business clients in their business and commercial real estate transactions
and as outside concierge general counsel.
Gerstman will also assist their clients and third
parties resolve their disputes as a neutral evaluator, mediator and arbitrator. Wells will also
assist their franchisor, franchisee and landlord
clients with their franchise-related matters.

Magazine’s 2014 Fifty Most Influential
Women in Arizona Business. The list recognizes women leaders from a wide variety of
