HONORS & AWARDS
Darcy Elgin joined the Phoenix office of
Fennemore Craig. She focuses her practice on environmental compliance and environmental litigation.
Previously, she practiced in Los Angeles and has
served as a law clerk to Chief Justice W. Scott Bales
of the Arizona Supreme Court and to Judge Neil
V. Wake of the United States District Court for
the District of Arizona.
Yusra Bokhari joined Schern Richardson Finter
Decker PLC, Mesa, as an associate. She holds
B.A. degrees in history, political studies, and
Muslim political thought from Pitzer College
and a J.D. degree from the University of Denver
Sturm College of Law. She has practiced in the
fields of business immigration and international
business transactions, and served as a policy
analyst and legal intern at the United States
Commission on International Religious Freedom
(USCIRF) and was awarded the Patton Boggs
Foundation Fellowship for her work at USCIRF.
Previously, she was an Arizona Assistant Attorney
General.
She is a graduate of the State Bar of Arizona’s
Bar Leadership Institute and serves on the ARI-
ZONA ATTORNEY MAGAZINE Editorial Board.
Victoria Otto joined the Tucson office of Gust
Rosenfeld PLC as an associate in the Litigation
Group. Her practice focuses on health care and
general civil litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, she was a prosecutor
for the Pima County Attorney’s Office for over 11
years. She prosecuted defendants in more than
60 felony and misdemeanor jury trials, evidentiary
hearings, bench trials and other court proceedings.
Otto became a supervisor in 2010, and supervised
the misdemeanor unit, the Special Victims unit,
and the Violent Crimes unit.
