in the California proceeding that he willfully
practiced law without a license and collected an
illegal fee in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He
further stipulated to the imposition of the disciplinary sanctions imposed in California.

By final judgment and order dated June 8,
2017, the presiding disciplinary judge accepted
an agreement for discipline by consent by which
Michael P. Thieme, Prescott, Ariz., was suspended for six months, retroactive to Dec. 14,
2016, and placed on probation for 18 months.
Mr. Thieme shall participate in the State Bar’s
Member Assistance Program as a term of his
probation. He also must pay the costs of the
disciplinary proceedings totaling $1,200.
On March 22, 2012, while driving under
the influence of alcohol, Mr. Thieme crashed
his vehicle into an APS power box, thereby
destroying it. Mr. Thieme was arrested, tried,
and convicted of DUI, Criminal Damage, and
Striking Highway Fixtures.
There were no aggravating factors.
Mitigating factors were absence of disciplinary history, absence of a dishonest motive,
timely good faith effort to make restitution, full
and free disclosure to the Bar, good character
and reputation, imposition of other sanctions,
and remorse.
Mr. Thieme violated Rule 54(g), ARIZ.

By order of the presiding disciplinary judge
dated June 30, 2017, David R. Wroblewski,
Gilbert, Ariz., was disbarred by consent. Mr.
Wroblewski acknowledged that a charge had
been made against him based upon an order
entered by the Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona, but
did not wish to contest or defend the charge.
He was also assessed the costs and expenses of
the disciplinary proceeding totaling $3,379.34.
The referral from the bankruptcy court was
labeled “not for publication” and was sealed by
the Presiding Disciplinary Judge.
