the first order by issuing the second (AO
2012-94), directing the Certification and
Licensing Division of the Administrative
Office of the Court to open a comment period and receive comments through Jan. 15,
2013. Comments should consider whether
LDPs should be allowed to execute 20-day
notices (under A.R.S. § 33-992.01) and liens.
Because the comment is due before the next
board meeting, it was requested that Scope
and Operations act on this issue on behalf
of the board at its next meeting on Jan. 11,
2013.
Meredith Peabody moved, Jana Flagler
seconded and the motion carried unanimously to authorize the board officers to act on
the board’s behalf after considering the Rules
Committee’s recommendations and in order
to meet the Court’s January 15 deadline.
