3Southern Arizona Legal Aid Board of Directors—There is one opening for an attorney who practices in Apache County, and for one who practices in Navajo County. Members in both counties received an email from the State Bar president soliciting applications. No applications have been received. SALA is using conference calls for their meetings to encourage people to participate and apply for these positions. President-Elect Richard Platt is on the SALA Board and indicated that a review and possible modification to the make-up of that board is already under way.
