appointed Hon. Thomas Fink to a
three-year term as Presiding Judge
of Santa Cruz County.

following several years as Assistant
U.S. Attorney for the District of
Arizona. He also served as Assistant
U.S. Attorney for the Northern
District of Illinois; attorney for the
U.S. Department of Justice, Tax
Division; and attorney with the
Chicago law firm Bell, Boyd and
