Plaintiffs alleged that minor patient’s small bowel ruptured
due to failure to diagnose and because the patient was not
appropriately transferred to a hospital that was licensed to
care for pediatric patients (Daniels v. Havasu Reg’l Med.
Ctr., Maricopa Co. Super. Ct., Plaintiff attorney: Thomas

n Defective Workmanship
Verdict: $400,000
Plaintiff asserted claims of breach of contract and breach
of implied warranty against defendant, claiming it hired
unlicensed subcontractors and used subcontractors that
