3 This task force was sunset in July pending receipt of its final report to the board submitted by Task Force Chair Jennifer Mott, who regretfully was unable to attend this meeting.

3 Mr. Phelps reported on some of the things the Bar has done or is in the process of doing:

3 Xeriscape to reduce water usage and conservation

3 Allow employees to telework

3 Incentive programs for using public transportation, carpool and telework

3 SBA is a finalist for the Maricopa County’s Trip Reduction Program Award

3 As of this meeting the SBA doesn’t have an internal “green team” as recommended by the Task Force
