Collegiate Athlete Association. He continues to
serve as a member of the Sports Lawyers Association, of which he is a past president.
Judge Bethany G. Hicks (ret.) became Of
Counsel to May Potenza Baran & Gillespie,
Phoenix, following her retirement from the Maricopa County Superior Court, where she served
for more than 23 years on the civil, family, criminal, and juvenile benches.
Also joining the firm, as an associate in the

Robyn Stowell joined Sherman & Howard

Ernest Calderón joined Lowis & Gellen LLP,
