Justin Henderson and Marla Hudgens were
elected to partnership at Lewis Roca Rothgerber
Christie LLP, Phoenix, effective January 1.
Henderson represents creditors, landlords, and
debtors in all aspects of Chapter 11 bankruptcy
cases involving businesses and individuals, with a
focus on preferential and fraudulent transfer litigation. He is based in Phoenix but practices in
Nevada as well.
Hudgens is a member of the firm’s Regulatory
and Government practice group and represents
businesses, business owners, developers, banks and
insurers in complex litigation cases, procurement
matters and appeals. She is based in Phoenix and
also practices in Nevada and California.
